Customer Portal overview
The Customer Portal is a separate area inside Reveal that gives you access to account level information such as your billing information and support cases. To access the Customer Portal, follow the links on the My Account landing page (View and Create Support Cases or View your Bill and Account Summary), and then enter your contract account number, which can be found on your invoices.
The Customer Portal allows you to access the following information:
- Your account profile
- Your billing and payment information
- Your support cases
