You can check the job progress of your technicians on Live Map. To do this, click the Scheduler tab in Reveal Field.
A list of technicians’ names along with the statuses of their vehicles is displayed.
Click the name of the vehicle, shown in blue, to see it on Live Map. To view your technician’s vehicle on Live Map, you need to make them a driver and then assign a vehicle to them.
Select a vehicle on Live Map to open a vehicle balloon. The details of two upcoming jobs for the technician assigned to the vehicle are displayed.
To see more information about a job, select it in the vehicle balloon. This opens Scheduler in Reveal.
If a technician is not a driver, the phrase "Technician only" is displayed under their name.
To make a technician a driver:

Go to Admin User List.

Select User.

Select the Is this user a driver? check box.
Note
If you do not have the relevant permission to view the vehicle information, the phrase "No vehicle shown" might be displayed under a technician’s name. This might also show if the Vehicle Tracking Unit (VTU) has not yet started tracking data.
If a technician does not have a vehicle assigned, the phrase "Assign vehicle" is displayed under their name.
To assign a vehicle to a technician:

Go to the Reveal Admin page, or click Assign Vehicle.

Select Vehicle List.

Click the pencil icon
beside the vehicle that you want to assign to the technician.

Under Current driver, click Change.

Choose the technician you want from the Driver drop-down menu.

Click Assign.
