Manage your payment methods

This article describes how to set up your payment methods for paying your bills.

You can pay your bills using credit cards only. You can save more than one credit card. When making a payment, you can select from any of the saved credit cards. You can set up one of your payment methods as recurring.

View your payment methods

To access your wallet, where you can manage your payment methods:

  1. Access the Customer Portal.

  2. Make sure you are on the Billing and Payment tab.

  3. Click Manage Payment Methods.

All saved payment methods are listed under Payment Method.


To remove payment methods at any time, click the Delete icon in the same row as the payment method.

Update credit card details

To update the credit card details for any of your cards:

  1. On the Manage Wallet page, select the check box next to the card that you want to update.

  2. Enter the new card details.

  3. Click Submit.

Add a new credit card

To add a new credit card:

  1. On the Manage Wallet page, expand the Add New Card section by clicking the + icon to the right of the section name. A - icon is shown when the section is expanded.

  2. Enter the credit card details. All fields are mandatory.

  3. Click Submit.

Create recurring payments (autopay)

You can create a recurring payment, also known as autopay, for one of your payment methods. This payment method is then used to automatically pay for your bills.

To create a recurring payment:

  1. On the Manage Wallet page, add or edit a payment method.

  2. Select the check box next to Make this the Recurring Payment method.

  3. Read the Terms and conditions in the dialog box and, if you agree with them, click Accept & Enroll.

  4. Click Submit.

Stop recurring payments (autopay)

You can stop a recurring payment, also known as autopay, at any time. You can do this by deleting the payment method or by stopping the recurring payment. If you stop the recurring payment, you can restart it again at a later time. If you delete the payment method, you would need to add it again.

To stop a recurring payment:

  1. On the Manage Wallet page, check which payment method has Auto Pay Enroll set to "Yes".

  2. Click the Stop Autopay img-en-us-cp_autopay_icon.png icon.
