Asset Tracker Battery Report

Our new Asset Tracker Battery Report provides a snapshot view of the current battery level of all of your powered and non-powered asset trackers. With this new report, you can:

  • Plan tracker maintenance: See which asset tracker batteries are starting to run low well in advance, in order to pre-plan replacement or recharging schedules
  • Save time: Use one report to streamline the process of monitoring thousands of trackers and eliminate manual record keeping
  • Gain data confidence: Know the exact percentage of each battery tracker at its last check-in, at the moment the report is run instead of relying on outdated manual notes

Improved call flow for our customer support phone number

We now have a simplified way to contact our support team, a more convenient, comprehensive customer support phone number. You are able to reach all the departments you need at one, easy to use number: 844.617.1100

Whether you need help with your equipment, want to inquire about billing, or are looking to schedule installation and more, you can find the help you need.

New Xirgo device self support improvements

All newly installed Xirgo devices on Reveal are now eligible for self support of their power source and Driver ID settings. You are now able to do these updates without calling support via update tracker settings in the Vehicle List.

Auto Pay - Easy as 1, 2, 3

Did you know that you can set up automatic payments from the My Account page? Don't miss any payments or get charged with late fees. Plus, you can change your payment methods anytime.

Switch to Auto Pay in three easy steps:

  1. Access your My Account page: go to Reveal and find your My Account page under your profile in the upper right corner
  2. View your Bill and Account Summary: click on the Bill and Account Summary link to Manage Payment Methods
  3. Choose your Payment Method: click the box within the Payment Method to set Auto Pay

When you enroll in Auto Pay, the balance on your account will be charged monthly on the due date.
