The message “You are offline.” is shown in the app when the driver has lost their internet connection. Ask the driver to make sure the data connection on their mobile device is enabled.
Driver can’t log in to the app
All drivers who require access to the Reveal Driver Plus mobile app must be set up as drivers in Reveal. When creating a driver, you must define a username and password and enable Mobile Access.
After making sure that the driver has been set up correctly in Reveal, ask the driver to make sure that their username and password have been entered correctly.
Driver can’t assign themselves to a particular vehicle
Make sure that the driver has been assigned to the correct group in Reveal and that the group has access to the appropriate vehicles.
Driver can’t start an inspection
For drivers to be able to perform an inspection your company’s Reveal account has to have the DVIR (driver vehicle inspection report) service enabled. You can check this by seeing if you have the tabs Inspection history and Inspection forms under Maintenance. If you don’t have the DVIR service enabled, contact Verizon Connect support.
