Unable to log in
If you are having trouble logging in, it could be because of one of the following reasons:
- Wrong URL: You are attempting to log in to the wrong version of Reveal for your location. If you’re in the US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, visit http://login.us.vzconnect.com, otherwise use http://login.eu.vzconnect.com.
- Wrong Credentials: You might have entered the username or password incorrectly. Try clearing the fields and typing them again.
- Case Sensitivity: The username and password fields are case-sensitive. Check that Caps Lock is off.
- Account Lockout: You have tried to log in too many times with an incorrect username or password, and you might now be locked out of the system. For more information, see Unlocking your Reveal account.
- Missing Profile: You are not an administrator on Reveal, and you don’t have a user profile set up. If this is the case, contact your Reveal administrator to set up a username and password for you.
