Log in to Reveal

Log in as an administrator

To log in to Reveal, you need a username and password. To set up your account, see Log in for the first time.

To log in to Reveal:

  1. Go to reveal.fleetmatics.com/login.aspx or, if you are in the EU, go to reveal.eu.fleetmatics.com/login.aspx.

  2. Enter your username, which is your email address, and your password.
  3. Click LOG IN.

 

Log in for the first time

There are two ways to set up your password the first time you log into Reveal as an administrator:

Option 1 (Using a URL):

  1. Go to reveal.fleetmatics.com/account-activation or, if you are in the EU, go to reveal.eu.fleetmatics.com/account-activation. You should have received this URL from deployment services.
  2. Enter the email address that was used when signing up with Verizon Connect. This email address is for the default administrator account. If you do not know which email address to use, please contact Customer Support.
  3. Enter the same new password into the New password and Confirm new password fields. The password must be at least 8 characters long.

  4. Click SET PASSWORD.

 

Option 2 (Following an email link):

  1. When you receive a welcome email, after signing up with Verizon Connect, follow the Set up your password link in the email.

  2. Enter the same new password into the New password and Confirm new password fields. The password must be at least 8 characters long.
  3. Click SET PASSWORD.
  4. You will receive an email with an activation code.
  5. Enter the activation code to proceed to the login screen.

 

Log in as a user

If you are not an administrator on Reveal, an administrator in your company needs to create a new user profile for you and then give you a username and password.

When you receive your login details, follow these steps to log in:

  1. Go to reveal.fleetmatics.com/login.aspx or, if you are in the EU, go to reveal.eu.fleetmatics.com/login.aspx.

  2. Enter your username, which is your email address, and your password.
  3. Click LOG IN.

If you have a user profile, and you either don’t know your password or want to reset your password, follow the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter the email address connected to your Reveal profile. When you receive an email, follow the instructions to reset your password.

 

Log in from the Reveal Manager mobile app

To log in to the Reveal Manager mobile app, enter your username and password, which is the same as for Reveal accessed via a web browser. Follow the same process as above to log in, or to reset your password.

 

Unable to log in

If you are having trouble logging in, it could be because of one of the following reasons:

  • You might have entered the username or password incorrectly. Try clearing the fields and typing them again.
  • The username and password fields are case-sensitive. Check that you do not have caps lock on.
  • If you have tried to log in too many times with an incorrect username or password, you might be locked out of the system. Call Customer Support to unlock your account.
  • You are not an administrator on Reveal and you don’t have a user profile set up. If this is the case, contact your Reveal administrator to set up a username and password for you.
