Request job reviews from customers

Customers can rate and review the work carried out by your company. Once a job has been sent to a technician, you can send a job review request to the customer. The job review contains a link to a survey. Job review requests are enabled by default and can be customized.

When the customer completes a review, you can see the results on the Ratings and reviews dashboard. You will also receive a job review alert for 1-3 star ratings. This alert is enabled by default.

This article describes how to:

Request a job review from the Jobs tab

  1. In Scheduler, go to the Jobs tab jobtab.png.

  2. Find the job you want to request a review for and click the three dots FSD-Three-Dots_Small.png beside the technician’s name.

  3. From the menu, click Request a job review.

Request a job review from the job card

  1. In Scheduler, select a job card.

  2. In the Job panel, click the three dots FSD-Three-Dots_Small.png.

  3. From the menu, click Request job review.

Disable job review alerts

To disable the alerts you receive when a customer submits a review:

  1. In Scheduler, click the Settings icon cog.png.

  2. Under Account settings, click Job alerts.

  3. Under Job review, select the checkbox to disable the alert.

Note

When you disable alerts, you still see ratings and reviews on the dashboard.

View job reviews

You can see all the job reviews you received on the Ratings and reviews dashboard.

To access the dashboard, choose the Ratings and reviews icon ratingsandreview.png.

On the dashboard, you see the following:

  • Overall company rating

  • Top technicians

  • Job reviews

To download a CSV of all the ratings and reviews submitted, click DOWNLOAD CSV.

Customize job review requests

Customize the notifications sent to your customers asking them to rate and review your jobs.

To add your own message and branding:

  1. In Scheduler, click the Settings icon cog.png.

  2. Click Email and text messages > Customers.

  3. Beside Job review, click EDIT.

  4. Add placeholders to email and text messages, and edit the body copy.

Request job reviews from multiple customers

To request review for multiple jobs:

  1. In Scheduler, go to the Jobs tab jobtab.png.

  2. Select the jobs you want reviewed. To select all un-reviewed jobs on the current page, open the drop-down menu and choose Ready for review.

    Note

    You can do this one page at a time only.

  3. Choose Request Review.

  4. In the confirmation dialog box, choose Request.
