This article describes how you can reset a driver’s password. You can either set the password for the driver or send a reset email to the driver to let them set their own password.

Use these instructions to set a driver’s password directly, and then inform the driver of the new password:

Log in to Reveal.

Click on your account profile in the upper right, and then select Admin in the drop-down menu.

Under Drivers, choose Driver List.

Find the driver in the list. To search, choose Would you like to search for a driver?

Click the pencil icon to edit.

In the Edit Driver dialog box, enter a new password in the Driver Log Password field.

Confirm the reset by selecting Reset Password.

Click Save.

The driver is not automatically informed of the password reset.
Resetting a driver’s password does not log that driver out of the Logbook mobile app. The driver must use the new password when logging in next.
Use these instructions to send a driver a password reset email so that the driver can set their new password:

Log in to Reveal.

Select your account profile in the upper right part of the screen, and then choose Admin in the drop-down menu.

Under Drivers, click Driver List.

Find the driver in the list. To search, click Would you like to search for a driver?.

Click the pencil icon to edit.

In the Edit Driver dialog box, select the Mobile Options tab.

Click EMAIL PASSWORD RESET. The driver will receive an email from which the password can be reset.
