Note:

  • The driver is not automatically informed of the password reset.
  • Resetting a driver’s password does not log that driver out of the LogBook mobile app. The driver must use the new password when logging in next.

Send a password reset email to a driver

Use these instructions to send a driver a password reset email so that the driver can set their new password:

  1. Log in to Reveal.
  2. Select your account profile in the upper right part of the screen, and then choose Admin in the drop-down menu.
  3. Under Drivers, click Driver List.
  4. Find the driver in the list. To search, click Would you like to search for a driver?
  5. Click the pencil icon to edit.
  6. In the Edit Driver dialog box, select the Mobile Options tab.
