Videos from Extended view cameras are not available in Reveal and DVR offline (Error code: DVR not reporting)
A Reveal admin with access to Admin > Camera List may see the following camera error code: DVR not reporting. Use this article to resolve the issue.
Note
Resolved camera errors can remain in the Camera List for up to 7 days.
Resolution steps
Make sure you are in an area with good cellular network coverage.
Turn on the engine.
Check the dual antenna's indicator light sequence and follow the instructions to resolve the issue. If no lights are showing, there is no power to the DVR.
Check the cables to the DVR are firmly plugged in, with no loose connections or blown fuses.
