A Reveal admin with access to Admin > Camera List may see the following camera error codes: Road camera vertically misaligned, and Horizon not in view. Use this article and the camera alignment preview to adjust the camera angles.
Camera misalignment affects the road-facing camera’s calibration and may trigger false events, too many events, or no events. When the camera is mounted in the correct position and the lens is angled accurately, unsafe driving behaviors are detected and videos are uploaded to Reveal.
