The username and password credentials you use to log in to Reveal are the same as the ones you use to log in to Spotlight. Resetting your Spotlight credentials will also reset your Reveal credentials.
How to reset a forgotten Spotlight or Reveal password
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps. This will reset your Reveal password, which you use to log in to Spotlight:
Tap Forgot password?.
Enter your email address to reset it.
Look out for an email from noreply@verizonconnect.com with the subject Reset password instructions and follow the instructions.
