You can reset your own Reveal password using the Forgot Password? link on the login page. If you are an admin, you can also change a password for any user directly from the Admin panel. Keeping passwords up to date helps protect account access and reduces login issues for your team.
An admin can also change any Reveal user's password.
Note
If you saved your password in a browser or password manager, you may be able to recover it without going through the reset flow. Open your browser settings or password manager and look up passwords saved for your Reveal login URL.
Resetting your own Reveal password
To reset your Reveal password:
On the Reveal login page, select Forgot Password?.
In Email, enter the email address associated with your account. It’s important to ensure you have access to the email account.
Click RESET.
Look out for an email from noreply@verizonconnect.com with the subject Reset password instructions.
Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Change another user's password (admin only)
If you are an administrator you can change a user's password.
To change a password:
Go to the Reveal navigation bar and select your account profile.
Select Admin > Users and Roles > User List.
Find the user in the list and select the pencil icon , or open the search field by selecting "Would you like to search for a user?". Then type the username or email address and click Search.
To change the password, enter a new password (of at least eight characters) in Password.
Select RESET PASSWORD.
