Find video events in Reveal or get videos from the camera’s SD card to help locate specific driving footage to coach drivers, protect your business from false claims, and improve fleet safety.

Searching for videos
Go to the Video > Events tab to search for videos triggered by unsafe driving behavior.
You can watch videos in Reveal and Replay on your computer or in the Integrated Video app. Learn about Integrated Video.
Get videos from the SD card remotely
If a video is not in the Video > Events tab, select GET VIDEO to search the camera's SD card remotely. You will receive an email, desktop alert, or mobile push notification when the video is ready.
If you cannot find the video, it may be due to:
- Camera error: Go to View camera status.
- Camera may not be recording: Go to Troubleshooting: dashcam indicator lights.
- Camera damage: The camera was damaged during a collision.
- Privacy mode: The driver enabled privacy mode to stop sharing camera and GPS data. Learn about Dashcams and privacy mode.
- Corrupted SD card: Contact Support to reformat the card or order a replacement.
- Overwritten footage: SD cards hold about 22 hours of driving time. When full, the card records over the oldest footage.

Note: If a collision occurs and Reveal does not trigger a video, download the footage from the SD card as soon as possible.
Get videos from the SD card manually
You can access all footage directly from the vehicle’s SD card. The card holds approximately 22 hours of driving time before it overwrites old footage. To increase storage, contact your Customer Success Manager to upgrade your SD card.
Download videos from the SD card to your computer to:
- Access videos that are unavailable remotely.
- Share videos with authorized third parties, such as insurance companies.
- Retrieve videos from a damaged camera.
