You can watch videos in the Integrated Video app or on your computer.
In this article:
When a video of unsafe driving behavior, you will:
- See it in the Video > Events tab.
- Receive a notification. You will continue to receive harsh driving alerts alongside these, unless you choose to turn them off.
- Receive a video alert notifying you when a video of a harsh driving event is classified as Critical, Major, or Moderate.
You can update your video alert policy to choose who is notified.
When you select a video or alert, the video opens and plays automatically.
The video player shows the event footage and a graph of the vehicle's Speed (MPH).
Below the player, you can review the following information:
- The vehicle name and the date and time of the event.
- A speed graph that shows the driver's speed before, during, and after the event.
- Analysis: Shows what the tracker detected ( for example, hard braking) and what was found in post-event analysis (for example, tailgating or distracted driving). This section also shows the event's classification and indicates if the event classification was updated.
- Trigger: The event that triggered the recording.
- Event(s): Any additional unsafe behaviors detected in the video.
- Driver: Shows the assigned driver, if available.
- Location: Shows a map of the event location and an Open in map link.
- Event Details: Provides additional information, such as the video's expiration date.

Event activity: This section shows:
- Comments by other users.
- Changes to the event’s Coaching status.
- When the video was first viewed.
- Who updated the event classification or excluded the event, if applicable.
Note
You need the necessary user permissions to view this section.
After reviewing the video footage and event details, you can take any of the following actions:
- Select Download video to save the footage to your device. Learn more about downloading videos.

If a driver is assigned to the vehicle, select View driver profile to see the driver's safety information and update the event’s Coaching status to:
- Review pending.
- Coaching needed.
- Coaching not needed.
- Coaching complete.

Note: You need the necessary user permissions (Admin, Video Coaching: Basic, or Video Coaching: Advanced) to perform these actions.
- Add a comment in the Event activity section.
- Select the star icon
to add the video to the Starred tab.This allows you to find important videos quickly.
- User can provide a feedback (only if other users did not change the classification level or exclude the event).
You can access the Drivers tab and driver safety profile on your computer.
In the Video > Drivers tab you can select any driver to view their Driver safety profile.
Profile data helps you to identify how this driver can maintain or improve safer driving habits over time.
Once you have coached a driver, update the event’s Coaching status to Coaching complete.
Note
It is important to assign drivers to vehicles for the coaching feature to be useful. Assignment ensures data consistency for evaluating driver performance.
To watch a video in fullscreen, tap the Fullscreen icon .
When in fullscreen, tap the Swap icon to see the video captured by other cameras.
Once you’ve visited a video page, its status changes from Unviewed to Viewed. Search for videos in the app by Status and other filters.
