Admin reports overview

Admin reports display daily and weekly timecard activity, and payroll information for vehicles and drivers. Use these reports to arrange your drivers' working hours, to gain an accurate understanding of vehicle activity and location, and to determine the hours your drivers worked.

The reports available in this category are:

  • Daily timecard report - Breakdown of driver’s daily hours. Based on your company’s work hours, which can be set in ‘My Account’ or edited in report options.
  • Weekly timesheet report - Summary of driver’s daily hours over week, including start and end time, and overtime. Based on your company’s work hours, which can be set in ‘My Account’ or edited in report options.
  • Payroll summary report - Summary of driver’s daily hours for specified period. Based on your company’s work hours, which can be set in ‘My Account’ or edited in report options.
  • User activity report - List of all active users. Includes login stats and reports run.
