The EV summary report displays a complete charging history of your electric vehicles (EVs), and calculates; distance covered, efficiency, average charging events, charging duration and total energy consumed.
To get the most from the EV summary report, ensure that each EV’s battery capacity is updated in the Vehicle list.
Select vehicles or groups to include in the report in Fleet settings. Then date range in Time settings, and select RUN REPORT.
The report contains the following calculations for each vehicle:

Average charging events: Average number of charging events per day during the date range.

Average charging duration: Average charging duration during the report period.

Total charging duration: Total charging time during the report period.

Total energy in: Total energy added during charging sessions during the report period.

Total distance: Total distance the vehicle travelled during the report period.

Average time not charging: Average time the vehicle was not charging during the report period.

Average efficiency: Average efficiency of energy used during the report period.

Total energy out: Total energy used during the report period.
The report contains the following columns:

Status: Shows when a vehicle was Charging or Not charging. Not charging relates to all activity other than charging including driving, idling, stopped parked, etc.

Start end: Date and time range for a status.

Duration: Total time for a status.

Battery start battery end: The battery level at the beginning and end of a status.

Energy: Amount of energy added or used by the battery during a status.

Distance: Distance a vehicle travelled during a Not charging status.

Efficiency: Energy efficiency per 100 km during a Not charging status.

Driver: Driver assigned to the vehicle during the report period.

Location: Address where the vehicle was charged during a Charging status, or the vehicle Replay during a Not charging status.
