Check you have an On-Board Diagnostics-II (OBD-II) port
Reveal Engine Connect for LCVs will require that your vehicle has an On-Board Diagnostics-II (OBD-II) port.
The OBD-II is an on-board computer located within a vehicle. It monitors emissions, mileage, speed, and other data about the vehicle. It is connected to the check engine light, which sometimes illuminates when the computer detects a problem. It allows a mechanic or anyone else to read the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) using a special scan tool.
Where to find the OBD-II port
You can typically find the OBD-II port within two feet of the steering wheel.
What the OBD-II port looks like:
If there’s no OBD-II port
If you can’t find an OBD-II port, this most likely means that your vehicle has a different type of port, for example, a JBUS port. If your vehicle has a JBUS port, please contact customer care and support to determine the availability of Reveal Engine Connect with your vehicle.

Why Fuel Tank Capacity is required
The Fuel Tank Capacity is a value showing the amount of fuel a vehicle can hold in relation to its size. By entering the Fuel Tank Capacity, you are giving the Reveal system information it may need to calculate the fuel efficiency values for your vehicle.

These details should be entered in the same page as the Fuel Tank Capacity.
