As an admin, you can reset a driver's password in two ways: set a new password directly on the driver's profile, or send the driver a password reset email so they can set their own password.
Follow these steps to update the driver’s password for any of the Verizon Connect driver apps.

Ways to reset a driver’s password
- Reset the password directly: The admin enters a new password on the driver’s profile and shares it with the driver manually.
- Request a reset email: The admin requests the driver receive an email from noreply@verizonconnect.com with the subject Reset password instructions. The driver then sets their own password.
In Reveal Driver Plus, the driver can request a password reset email from the app’s login screen.
Resetting a driver’s password directly
Use this method if you (an admin) want to set a driver’s password yourself, and then share it with the driver.
To set a driver’s password directly:
- Log in to Reveal.
- Click on your account profile in the upper right, and then select Admin in the drop-down menu.
- Under Drivers, select Driver List.
- Find the driver in the list. To search, select Would you like to search for a driver?
- Click the pencil icon to edit the driver record.
- In the Edit Driver dialog box, enter a new password in Driver Log Password.
- Select Reset Password to confirm.
- Click Save.
Note
The driver is not automatically notified of the password reset. Share the new password with the driver directly.
Resetting a driver’s password does not log that driver out of the mobile app. The driver must use the new password when logging in next.
