Note
For older devices, you might need to contact support in order to customize tracker settings.
Reveal lets you customize how your assets are tracked. This procedure differs slightly for powered and non-powered assets.

Powered asset tracker settings
-
Non-powered asset tracker settings
Note
Changes to the configuration will be saved to the tracker when it next checks in. As soon as your changes are live, you can make further changes to the asset tracker configuration settings.
To customize tracker settings for powered assets, go to Account Profile > Admin > Assets > Asset List > Tracker Settings.
To open the Vehicle List, choose Account Profile > Admin > Vehicles > Vehicle List > Edit Vehicle > Tracker Settings.
From the Tracker Settings tab, you can:
-
Edit the check-in rates for the asset tracker
-
View the configuration details for the asset tracker
Warning
Powered Asset Trackers installed via the 2-wire method must remain on a 2-wire configuration. Changing the check-in rates through these settings will over-write the 2-wire configuration and result in errors in reporting. To change configurations for units installed via 2-wire configurations, contact customer support.
