View Tachograph information on the live map

To view tacho information on the Reveal live map:

1. From the Reveal navigation bar, select Live Map.
2. Click on the Map Options icon in the upper right corner of the map.
3. Under Options, select the checkbox next to Show Tachograph Information.
   
4. From the pop-up box on the left of the map, select the Driver Status tab to see live tachograph information for your drivers.
   

Warning messages in the Driver Status tab

If a driver has inserted their tachograph card, but is not created or added as a driver in Reveal, the following message is displayed in the Driver Status tab of the pop-up box on the left of the map: Inserted driver card: [driver card number] does not exist in account.

To add this driver to the system, you can click on the warning message to copy the driver card number and follow the instructions under Setting up a Tachograph driver.

If the vehicle’s tachograph device has no tachograph card inserted, the following message is displayed: Inserted driver card: [driver card number] exists in account but does not match assigned driver.

Icons in the Driver Status tab

The Driver Status tab of the pop-up box on the left of the map shows four status icons. Drivers select one of these icons in their tachograph reader installed in their vehicle. The icons symbolise the drivers’ current status.

The icons are:

• Driving
• Other Work
• Period of Availability
• Resting

Select one of the icons to filter all drivers by status and to display only those drivers who have the currently selected status.

Displaying drivers with breaks due in 15 minutes or less

Click the stopwatch symbol in the Driver Status tab to show the drivers that are due a break in 15 minutes or less. A warning message is shown for those drivers whose break is overdue.
