The tachograph alert aims to notify customers when drivers exceed any of the driving and resting time rules such as the continuous driving time limit, daily driving time limit, daily or weekly rest time minimum, etc.
This is an EU only alert, to help keep track of driving and resting time by alerting the Admin when a driver exceeds or didn't reach a certain threshold.

Continuous Driving Warning: Triggers the alert 15 minutes before the driver exceeds the continuous driving time of 4h 30m before taking a 45 minutes break.

Continuous Driving Limit: Triggers the alert when the driver exceeds the continuous driving time of 4h 30m before taking a 45 minutes break.

Daily Driving Time Warning: Triggers the alert 15 minutes before the driver exceeds the daily driving time of 9 hours (or maximum allowed) without a minimum break.

Daily Driving Time Limit: Triggers the alert when the driver exceeds the daily driving time of 9 hours (or maximum allowed) without a minimum break.

Insufficient Rest Warning: Triggers the alert 15 minutes before the driver has to start his mandatory daily or weekly rest.

Insufficient Rest Limit: Triggers the alert when the driver has to immediately start his mandatory daily or weekly rest.

Weekly Driving Time Warning: Triggers the alert 15 minutes before the driver exceeds the weekly driving time of 56h per week.

Weekly Driving Time Limit: Triggers the alert when the driver exceeds the weekly driving time of 56h per week.

Biweekly Driving Time WarningTriggers the alert 15 minutes before the driver exceeds the biweekly driving time of 90h per 2 weeks.

Driving without a driver card inserted: Triggers the alert when a driving activity is detected, but no driver card is inserted.
This section is vital for this alert, as it will define from which time the vehicle should start being monitored.
The available time range options for the customer to choose from are:

Everyday (All Hours)

Weekdays only (Monday - Friday, All Hours)

Custom - any specific time frames that the user would like to monitor, including multiple time frames
For this alert type the only option to choose from frequency is: At the start of the event.
This section allows the user to choose the recipients for the alert and the way in which the alert should be delivered.
Select the users who receive this alert allows you to filter to different groups and/or search for specific users. There are four delivery options:

All: the user will receive the alert as a display, an email and an SMS.

Display: the alert will display on the front end.

Email: the alert will be delivered by email.

SMS: the alert will be delivered by SMS.
Additional Emails allows you to enter additional email addresses to receive the alert.
Delivery Options allows you to define whether or not the driver receives the alert and what way it is delivered.
If Send a copy of the alert to the driver is checked, the driver will receive the alert by one of the options below:

Send via email: the alert will delivered by email.

Send via SMS: the alert will be delivered by SMS.
