Compliance reports show information about driver logs, driving rule mistakes, and vehicle checks. Use these reports to see if your drivers are following safety rules, if vehicles are being driven without anyone signed in, or if your trucks passed their safety inspections. These reports help you keep everyone safe by ensuring drivers get enough rest and that vehicles are in good condition to operate.

Many states require mileage reporting for each state a fleet operates in, known as IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement). To gather this data, use the Distance Traveled report.

Reports available in the compliance category:

• Driver log report
  Shows the full history of everything written in a driver's logbook, showing all the details about their workday.
• ELD drivers report
  Lists all drivers in your account. Use it to see which drivers use electronic logs and which do not.
• Vehicle inspections report
  Summarizes all vehicle safety checks. It highlights if a vehicle failed an inspection or has a broken part that needs to be fixed.
• HOS violations report
  Lists every time a driver violated an Hours of Service (HOS) rule. It shows exactly which rules were broken and when the violations occurred.
• ELD transmission report
  Use this report to send driver logs to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). This helps you quickly share required safety records during an inspection.
• Malfunction report
  Shows if the logging devices in your vehicles have technical problems. It lists device errors so you can fix them immediately.
