When your drivers fill in an inspection report for their vehicle in the Logbook mobile app, the results are automatically sent to Reveal.

The vehicle inspection reports for particular drivers can be given as print-outs to mechanics so that they know which defects to fix. Mechanics sign off defects manually on the print-outs.
You can then give the print-out to the driver so that they can manually sign off on the fixed items. If any items are still faulty, the inspection process repeats until all items are fixed.
