The Actions menu is a quick way to see a list of options for your vehicles and assets.
To open the Actions menu, do one of the following:

Click the three dots
beside a vehicle or powered asset (PA) on the Vehicle Status list.

Right-click the status icon of any vehicle, driver, or asset on Live Map.

Right-click anywhere on Live Map. The Action menu that opens gives you fewer options than when you click a status icon on Live Map or the three dots
The Actions menu for vehicles and PAs includes the following information and options:

Vehicle Name: The name of the the vehicle or PA you clicked

Location coordinates: To copy the coordinates, click the Copy icon

Find Nearest: Find the nearest vehicle or asset to a certain location.

View Replay: View a replay of the vehicle or PA's movements.

Run Daily Report: Load a daily report for the vehicle or PA.

Run Detailed Report: Load a detailed report for the vehicle or PA.

Zoom to: Refresh the map to show a zoomed-in view of the vehicle location and an information balloon.

Street View: Opens a Google street view of the location, if available. This is not a live view of the street at that time.

Create a geofence here: Create a place or a point of interest on the map.

Remove from Live Map: Removes this vehicle, driver, or PA from Live Map. This is the same as clearing the check box for vehicle, driver, or PA on the Fleet selection tab.

Directions: Click Directions to open the sub-menu:

Get directions to here: Enter an address to get the best route from there to your vehicle, PA, or another address.

Get directions from here: Enter an address and get the best route from your vehicle, PA, or another address to there.

Vehicle options: Click "Vehicle options" to open the sub-menu:

Edit vehicles: This includes PAs

Edit driver
Note
You must have permission to edit vehicles or drivers.

Send a message: Lets you send a message to a driver. This is an add-on that can be purchased for your account.

Roadside Assistance: An add-on feature that allows you to request assistance for a vehicle
The Actions menu for non-powered assets (NPAs) includes the following information and options:

Asset Name: The name of the NPA you clicked

Find Nearest: Find the nearest vehicle or asset to a certain location.

Zoom to: Refresh the map to show a zoomed-in view of the NPA location and an information balloon.

Street View: Opens a Google street view of the location, if available. This is not a live view of the street at that time.

Create a geofence here: Create a place or a point of interest on the map.

Directions: Click Directions to open the sub-menu:

Get directions to here: Enter an address and get the best route from there to your NPA or another address.

Get directions from here: Enter an address and get the best route from your NPA, or another address to there.
