Video alert notifications are created and enabled by default until the alert's admin user updates the notification settings. Your company's first account ever created in Reveal is usually the alert's admin user.
If you are receiving too many notifications or you want other people to receive them, you can update the video alert rules. To avoid receiving a video alert and harsh driving alert for the same event, remove vehicles fitted with AI Dashcams from your harsh driving alert notifications.
