Only admins can grant a user’s access to the Integrated Video tab in Reveal or the Integrated Video app.

The Integrated Video permissions available are:

View and Download Videos: specifies whether users can or cannot download videos from the Integrated Video tab in Reveal, or from the Integrated Video app.

Video on Demand: specifies whether users can or cannot search the SD card for videos using the GET VIDEO feature.

Camera Preferences: specifies whether users can or cannot view and edit AI driving assistance settings.

Overview Tab, Drivers Tab, Drivers Safety Profiles and Coaching Sessions: specifies whether users can or cannot:

View the Video > Overview tab which summarizes safety insights tailored to your fleet, including weekly video safety scores and driving behaviors, as well videos for review and drivers to coach.

View the Video > Drivers tab which allows you to see a list of drivers alongside their weekly safety score, frequent behaviors and when they were last coached.

View the Video > Coaching tab which shows upcoming and completed coaching sessions.

Note: This permission gives access to sensitive information about drivers.

Coaching Status and Comments: specifies whether users can or cannot can see the coaching status of drivers and add coaching comments.

Admin users have Integrated Video permissions by default.
To set permissions at the user level (Reveal and Reveal Starter), do the following:

Ask an admin to follow the steps in Manage roles and permissions (existing users) or Creating and editing users (new users).

Find Video Experience in the alphabetical list and select Full.

Find the other permission types you want to assign and select Full.
To set permissions by role (Reveal Pro), do the following:

Ask an admin to follow the steps in Manage roles and permissions (existing users) or Creating and editing users (new users).

Find the Video Experience section and Video Coaching Experience section.

Find the permission types you want to assign and select Full Access.
To revoke permissions at the user level (Reveal and Reveal Starter), do the following:

Ask an admin to follow the steps in Manage roles and permissions (existing users) or Creating and editing users (new users).

Find Video Experience in the alphabetical list and select Disabled.

Find the other permission types you want to revoke and select Disabled.
To revoke permissions by role (Reveal Pro), do the following:

Ask an admin to follow the steps in Manage roles and permissions (existing users) or Creating and editing users (new users).

Find the Video Experience section and Video Coaching Experience section.

Find the other permission types you want to revoke and select None.
A video alert policy is created and enabled by default until the policy admin user - usually a person in your organization who has been using Reveal the longest - updates the policy.
To make sure the right people are notified about videos of unsafe driving behavior, the admin can give you permissions to update an alert.
