You can reschedule an existing technician appointment online up to three days before it is due to take place.
To reschedule an existing technician appointment, follow these steps:
Go to My Account > Manage technician appointments.
In the Technician appointments screen, select the appointment you want to reschedule.
Click RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT.
Enter your new preferred date under New appointment and click APPLY.
Confirm the date, and select a time slot for the new appointment, then click NEXT.
Select the main reason for rescheduling from the dropdown list.
In the Request overview, check that all the information is correct, then click RESCHEDULE. An appointment confirmation email will be sent to the contact and the person who created the appointment.
