This service is currently only available to our US customers.
You can book an appointment for a technician to visit your location and transfer a tracker from one vehicle to another, or remove a tracker. The technician can perform multiple services in one appointment.
You may also book a technician appointment online to remove devices. For technician appointments for new installations or replacements, contact Support (option 4).
To book a technician appointment for a transfer, follow these steps:
- Go to My Account > Book a technician appointment.
- In the Book a technician appointment section, click Transfer a device.

Under Current vehicle or powered asset, search for the vehicle or powered asset the tracker is currently installed in by entering the name, VIN, ESN or registration number.
- If the vehicle has any accessories, select all that apply under Accessories. Use the Accessory guide to help you to identify these devices.

In the New vehicle or powered asset section, search for the new vehicle by entering the VIN. For more information on finding your vehicle’s VIN, see FAQ: Where can I find the vehicle identification number (VIN)?
- Enter a unique name for the new vehicle or powered asset in the New vehicle or powered asset name field. This name should be something you’ll recognise later in Reveal.
- Click SAVE SERVICE.
- You can add additional services, like another transfer, or tracker removal, by making a selection under Add another service.
- When you have entered all the services you require, click NEXT.
- Under Contact, select whether to use your existing contact details, or select Add new contact and fill in the required details.
- Under Appointment location, select whether to use your existing address details, or select Add new address and fill in the required details.
- Enter any additional notes for the technician in the Additional instructions for technicians field, then click NEXT to continue.

Enter your preferred date under Select a date and time and click APPLY.

Confirm the date, and select an available time slot for the appointment, then click NEXT.
- In the Request overview, check that all the information is correct, then click SCHEDULE. An appointment confirmation email will be sent to the contact and the person who created the appointment.
