Note
If you use Verizon Connect hardware services, you will be invoiced for the fees after the appointment has been completed.
The following are considered no shows:

The service was canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

The technician arrived on site but the vehicle or asset was not available for service at the time of the scheduled service call, or for the length of time needed to complete the service.
No show fees are based on two factors: (1) the number of previously scheduled vehicles that are unavailable at the time of the appointment AND (2) the number of devices in each unavailable vehicle.
